  • Seasonal services (e.g., winterization, startup)

  • Estimates and consultations

All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request

  • Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions

  • We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance

  • We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellations

5. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed

  • We may accept multiple forms of payment

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees

6. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Irrigation Solutions, LLC, including:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Service updates

  • Estimates and invoices

  • Customer support messages

These messages may be sent via SMS (text message), phone call, or email.

Message & Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out:
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-subscribe.

7. Use of Communication Tools

We may use third-party platforms, including Jobber, to manage scheduling, invoicing, and communication. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed through these systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irrigation Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays due to weather, supply issues, or unforeseen conditions

  • Pre-existing irrigation system issues not caused by our work

9. Warranties

We strive to provide high-quality service. Any warranties on work performed will be communicated separately, if applicable.

10. Property Access & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards (e.g., unmarked lines, hidden obstacles)

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
